How to follow the KANSAS CITY CHIEFS from out of market
You didn't stop being a Chiefs fan when you left Kansas City. Kansas City's coverage just stopped following you. Here's how displaced Chiefs fans watch the games, hear the Kansas City call and keep every Chiefs story, from anywhere.

The Chiefs beat you left behind
Start here, because this is the half no streaming package sells you. On an ordinary Tuesday in Kansas City, the Chiefs story is being worked by KSHB 41 and KMBC 9. Add the club's own newsroom at chiefs.com and that is 3 separate mastheads filing on one team, most of them on days when nothing has officially happened.
None of it was built for you. It was built for the people who still live in Kansas City, which is why moving away quietly costs you the practice report, the Friday injury designation and the beat writer's read on why the AFC West game actually turned. Vurvo puts every one of those sources, plus the Chiefs podcasts and YouTube shows, into one free feed, in Chiefs red.
How to watch Chiefs games out of market
The national windows follow you anywhere: Thursday, Sunday and Monday night, plus any Chiefs game flexed into a national slot. What you lose by moving is the ordinary Sunday afternoon game that only clears the Kansas City market. NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube and YouTube TV is the out-of-market answer to exactly that, which for a displaced fan means most of the Chiefs schedule, the AFC West dates against the Broncos, Raiders and Chargers included. RedZone rides along on Sundays, NFL+ adds out-of-market preseason, and Game Pass on DAZN covers you outside the US. Rights packages move season to season, so check the current lineup before you buy.
Or watch with other Chiefs fans
The other answer to a Sunday away from Kansas City is a room full of people dressed in Chiefs red. Most big cities have one bar that has quietly become the Chiefs bar, and displaced fans find each other there long before they find each other anywhere else. Go For GameDay searches by team and ZIP nationwide; Watch Party Radar lists them city by city:
Neither directory is ours and neither covers every town. If yours is missing, the Chiefs supporters' groups are the fastest way in: they booked the bar, usually years before any directory noticed.
Hearing the Kansas City call from another state
The national TV crew is not the crew you grew up on. NFL+ carries live game audio for every game, Chiefs home call included, from anywhere in the US, and the Kansas City flagship usually streams its own broadcast through the club's app on game day where local rights allow. Radio in one ear, muted TV feed in the other, the way Kansas City has always done it.
Following the Chiefs between Sundays
Out of market mostly means late. The trade breaks on a Kansas City station you cannot pick up, and you hear about it three hours behind the people you would normally argue with. Vurvo pushes Chiefs news the moment any of those 3 sources files it, tracks every game live play by play, and keeps the AFC West race in front of you, in Chiefs red, whatever time zone you ended up in.

How can I watch Chiefs games if I don't live in Kansas City?
