This app and website are operated by KH Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vurvo mobile application and the vurvo.app website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Vurvo aggregates publicly available sports content (videos, articles, and podcasts) about NFL teams into a single feed and re-skins the app in your chosen team's colors. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service except as permitted by law
• Misuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or other users' enjoyment of it

Third-Party Content

The Service displays content from third-party sources and links to external sites and apps. We do not own, control, or endorse this content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or the practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party content and services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

The Vurvo name, logo, and original design and software are the property of KH Studios LLC. All team names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Vurvo is an independent fan application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the NFL, any NFL team, or any media organization whose content may appear in the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or up to date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KH Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
