Delete Your Account

You can delete your Vurvo account at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us. This page explains both paths and exactly what happens to your data.

Delete in the app

• Open Vurvo and tap the Settings gear at the top of the screen.
• Tap Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. If you signed in with Apple, Vurvo also revokes its Sign in with Apple authorization as part of the same step.

Request deletion by email

No longer have the app installed? Email hello@vurvo.app with the subject line "Account deletion request" from the email address on your Vurvo account. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and we confirm by reply when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials (email sign-in, or the Apple / Google link).
• Your synced profile: followed teams, favorites, settings, fan handle, badges, Fan Rank progress and streak history stored with your account.
• Your activity inbox and notification registrations tied to the account.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Comments posted under your pseudonymous fan handle are unlinked from your account. You can delete individual comments in the app before deleting the account.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics (for example daily active user counts) contain nothing that identifies you and are retained.
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase records processed by Apple or Google) follow the stores' own retention rules. Subscriptions are managed and canceled through the App Store or Google Play, not through account deletion.

Data kept on your device (like your birthday, which never leaves your phone) is removed by uninstalling the app.
