This app and website are operated by KH Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vurvo mobile application and the vurvo.app website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Vurvo aggregates publicly available sports information and content (scores, schedules, standings, rosters, statistics, videos, articles, and podcasts) about teams across the leagues we support, presents it in a single feed, and re-skins the app in your chosen team's colors. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including features previously included in a paid subscription, where a source becomes unavailable or a change is required for legal or technical reasons. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will give notice in the app.
An account is optional. Without one, your teams, streak, and status are stored only on the device you are using and can be lost if you reinstall or switch devices. With one, they follow you. You are responsible for activity under your account, and we may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
Vurvo+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks features of the app. It is not a license to, and conveys no right in, any third-party data, content, or trademark.
Price, billing period, free-trial length, and renewal terms are disclosed in the app before you purchase. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google under your account with them, not by us, and they renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the App Store or Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, and we are not able to issue them directly.
Beta participants and holders of a valid founding or ambassador grant keep the access described to them at the time of that grant.
Sports information in the Service comes from third-party public sources. We do not create it, we do not control it, and we do not independently verify it. Accordingly, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We do not own, control, or endorse third-party content, and we are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
Comments, discussion posts, display names, and any other content you submit remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating it.
You will not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, infringing, or spam, and you will not impersonate anyone. We moderate user content and may remove anything, or suspend any account, at our discretion. Reporting and blocking tools are provided in the app.
If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@vurvo.app with a description of the work, where it appears in the Service, and your contact information. We will review and remove infringing material promptly.

The Service is rated for general audiences and offers a limited experience for users under 13 that excludes account creation, community features, and personalized advertising. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us at hello@vurvo.app to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Vurvo name, logo, and original design and software are the property of KH Studios LLC. All league, team, and club names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Vurvo is an independent fan application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the NFL, NCAA, MLB, NBA, NHL, FIFA, Formula 1, any league, team or club, or any media organization whose content may appear in the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KH Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
