1. Sponsor

KH Studios LLC, 5 Dolores Ct., Moraga, CA 94556 ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@vurvo.app.

2. Promotion period

Begins August 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time and ends September 25, 2026 at 8:00 PM Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries submitted or posted outside the Promotion Period are void.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Persons acting as Vurvo brand ambassadors under a compensation agreement with Sponsor are not eligible.

4. How to enter

There are four (4) ways to earn entries during the Promotion Period.

Applying to all methods. Downloading the Vurvo app is free and is not required to enter or win. Entries that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion to be automated, coordinated, duplicated across accounts, generated by bots, or submitted by accounts created primarily to enter promotions may be disqualified. Sponsor may limit or refuse entries from any person it identifies as abusing the entry process, and may disqualify that person entirely. Sponsor's determinations under this section are final.

5. Prizes

Maximum total ARV of all prizes: approximately $800.

Grand prize detail. The winner selects one (1) team and one (1) currently available player jersey. The jersey is purchased and fulfilled through Fanatics, a third-party retailer. Selection is subject to availability in the winner's size at the time of fulfillment; if the selected jersey is unavailable, Sponsor will invite the winner to select an alternate. Sponsor will cover the cost of the jersey and standard shipping within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia up to the stated ARV. Any customization, expedited shipping, or cost above the stated ARV is the winner's responsibility.

Fanatics is a fulfillment vendor for the grand prize and an affiliate partner of Sponsor. Fanatics is not a sponsor, administrator, or promoter of this promotion and has not endorsed it. Sponsor may earn affiliate commission on purchases made through Sponsor's links.

Runner-up prize detail. A Vurvo+ lifetime membership provides access to Vurvo+ features at no charge for as long as the winner's Vurvo account remains active and Vurvo+ continues to be offered. It is delivered as a promotional code redeemable in the Vurvo app, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. ARV is stated as twelve (12) months at the current published rate.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash redemption except at Sponsor's discretion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner selection and notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on September 25, 2026 at approximately 8:30 PM Pacific Time. The grand prize winner is drawn first, followed by ten (10) runner-up winners, each drawn without replacement. Drawings are conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion.

Sponsor uses a documented, reproducible drawing method and retains a record of the entry pool and the selection for the duration of the record-retention period in section 12.

Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform used to enter, or by email for entrants under method 4, within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. A potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt and provide the identity, eligibility, size and shipping information Sponsor reasonably requests. Failure to respond within that window, an undeliverable notification, a refusal of the prize, or a determination of ineligibility results in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Runner-up prizes will be delivered by promotional code within seven (7) days of winner confirmation. The grand prize will be ordered within seven (7) days of winner confirmation and shipped by the retailer; delivery timing is the retailer's.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The ARV of each individual prize in this promotion is below six hundred dollars ($600), so Sponsor does not anticipate issuing an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Should the value of any single winner's prize meet or exceed that threshold, Sponsor will require a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

8. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or Fanatics. Entrants release each of those entities completely and agree that any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion be directed to Sponsor and not to any platform or retailer. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor and not to any platform.

9. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries; technical failures; or any error in the administration of the promotion. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failure, tampering, fraud, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and to award prizes from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the operation of the promotion is a violation of these rules and may be a violation of law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process.

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their social media handle, first name, and last initial in connection with announcing the results, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of any prize.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Not a game of chance involving consideration, and not related to any in-app feature

Entry is free. No purchase, subscription, payment, or app download is required to enter or win. This promotion is not connected to, and does not depend on, the outcome of any sporting event, any prediction, any score, any standing, or any feature within the Vurvo app, including Fan Rank and Pick'Em. No wagering of any kind is involved.

For the names of the winners, email hello@vurvo.app with the subject line "#FootballIsBack Winners List", to be received by October 25, 2026.

12. Privacy and records

Information submitted in connection with this promotion is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at https://vurvo.app/privacy.html. Sponsor will use entrant information to administer the promotion and will not sell it. Personal information submitted by email under section 4 is retained only as long as needed to administer the promotion and to satisfy record-retention obligations, and is then destroyed.
